About Meditherm
Research and development which led to the formation of Meditherm Inc. started in 1993. By 2000 the first prototype camera was built, the FDA pre-market approval was submitted and by 2002 Meditherm gained its manufacturer’s license.
The Meditherm equipment and technologies have continued to develop, evolve, and grow in a number of medical and clinical applications as well as markets including health screening, security and research.
We continue to support our products and diverse customer and client base throughout the world. Our complete ‘in-house’ proprietary equipment manufacturing, software development, and our ongoing specialization in the design and manufacture of innovative infrared thermal imaging technologies for OEM and bespoke applications drive standards for the future, keeping Meditherm at the leading edge of medical infrared imaging.

Frequently asked questions.
What is the standard ordering time on a system?
We aim to process new orders within 24hrs so your system can be with you quickly. Built to order systems have a longer lead time, but typically they are ready to dispatch within 2 days.
Are there any ongoing costs after a system has been purchased?
We recommend a full service and calibration every 2 years. The cost of a full service is US$500. Servicing can be booked and scheduled with our engineers ahead of time to avoid any disruption.
Do you offer support and warranty on systems?
Yes, we offer standard 1 year warranties as well as extended warranties. We can offer telephone and email support to keep all your systems up and running as they should be.
